You Are The Manifestation – Part IV (4 of 6) Your Soul’s Path The encouragement would be to read Parts I, II & III prior to reading this post.
Your energetics are the totality of your Spirit. Your individual Soul chooses to know itself more so in some way and through ‘consultation’ with other dimension energetic Sources, contracts into a frequency which crystallizes and forms a physical being with a heart and mind that expresses through a personality. The bridge between the Soul and your physical being is the Higher Mind/Self. It is the version of you that has the eagle eye view of your life and the possibilities. All of these components comprise your Spirit for this lifetime. It is a common tendency to view the parts as a linear hierarchy with Soul at the top, then below that the Higher Mind/Self and then below that the physical being. However, you are contained within your Soul. This is the one expression of that Soul in this 3D existence. Your Soul has the intention of knowing Itself in certain ways. Every aspect of Source Energy is constantly changing and expanding into ways of knowing Itself. Your Soul has choice, just as you do, and can provide certain factors with which the physical being can experience itself through. This could include specifics such as parents, location of birth and upbringing, physical limitations or enhancements, various experiences along your timeline such as an illness, death, betrayal, marriage, children, abundance, good fortune and so much more. It is somewhat like an experiment where variables are applied to see how it influences the route to an outcome, with emphasis on the route portion. It is an interplay of Soul designated themes and experiences integrated with personal choice and will, as to how you manifest your life. More often than not, if you’re feeling unpleasantness, it is highly likely that your interpretation of what is happening is that you are doing something wrong. It is for you to know that every single experience you have is valuable because it provides your Soul with a new knowingness of who it is. However, as the human being, you can determine through which lens you would most like to view and experience life. Situations that seem to come out of left field or don’t make sense may very well be your Soul providing a stimulus for expansion. You are meant to change and evolve. All-ways, the most important thing is how you respond. The journey toward an outcome is actually the most beneficial part of the manifestation. The outcome is to be enjoyed, or through which something can be learned, however, essentially it is potentially one of many journey points along your life’s path. There is never an end, as your Soul continues to evolve even when your current Spirit seems to cease to exist physically on this timeline. This is how it appears through our current concepts of time because in ‘reality’ everything exists here and now. This means that whatever it is you have imagined and/or desired exists. You don’t need to manifest it because it is already in existence. What you are really trying to do is entangle with it quantumly to experience it here and now. At this time, in 3D density, the concept suggests there is a distance between the two particles. As we move into a 4D density we will begin to experience time differently which will also change our relationship with distance. For now, this means that you are bridging the time to experience what you’ve already created. It exists. There is a version, of what you would consider you, living that reality. You begin to remember your self more so as a multidimensional and expand the parameters of what you believed is possible. Bridging the time to more effectively entangle means being or acting like the particle you want to be. On a practical level this could mean a variety of things that you can practice on a daily basis. Many of these tools have been around for quite some time and it is a matter of selecting the ones that you feel drawn to practicing. Just as going for one run won’t make you a marathon runner, one ‘manifestation’ session doesn’t make you the star character in your desired life. You need to practice and condition your ability to be in a different vibration and then frequency, consistently, until it is so. There are a variety of potential options from which to choose. Writing out the circumstances and aspects of your desired life as if it is already in place, with a focus on how it feels to be living that version of your life. You might envision, as if on a movie screen, your ideal life playing out before you. You might set up reminders to spend moments throughout the day to feel what it would be like to be living your desired circumstances here and now. This could include such things as post-its with words, visuals or sentences that assist in getting into the feeling of how you want it to be, calendar reminders set with a pleasant alarm, working with someone else to remind each other and create together. It could be breathing or meditative practices which allow your brain waves to move into certain frequencies to enhance your sense of connection. Your Higher Mind will inspire you with ways to do this most effectively for you. You then get to follow through and choose what nudges or inklings you get regarding this. Someone else’s version of what works for them for this consistent practice doesn’t mean it’s the right one for you. Your Soul and Higher Mind/Self know you better than anyone else. The saying really is that ‘no one knows you better than You.’ It is beneficial to more often consistently remember your multidimensional nature. This is not for the purpose of diminishing your physicality but rather to enhance it. Your physical being is such an important manifestation of your Soul and is the way in which it is choosing to expand Itself. One of the aspects of choosing to do the 3D Earth experience was to forget your s(S)elf as a full spectrum being. It is now time to empower your self by remembering who you really are through the various practices. You are a very unique expression of light and sound. There is no other being/Being like you anywhere. Appreciate that about your s(S)elf. Regardless, of what entanglement practice you engage in, it is for you to know that you are loved unconditionally by your Self, Soul and your Multidimensional Entourage. You Are The Manifestation Part III (3 of 6) – The Story of Your Life The encouragement would be to read Parts I & II prior to reading Part III.
The following groupings may potentially indicate which questions and responses apply to which areas of your life blueprint and themes. It isn’t a hard and fast summary, in that there is crossover in which categories the responses may be relevant. For example, the response to question 21 – ‘What do you not have enough of?’ – may identify a belief as well as where you tend to put your focus. Questions 1 and 2 may assist in understanding your concept of what your origins may be. ‘How did you come into being?’ may stimulate remembering that you are a soul that has a body and that you are an energy being. Questions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 18 may relate to life themes. Question 4 “What do you find your self dealing with over and over?’ may bring into awareness at least one, or more, of what your life themes may be. If you find your self dealing with the same types of situations consistently then know that you are continuously being offered an opportunity to shift in some way through that type of experience. Ask your self what there is to possibly learn by going through the repeated situation. This will assist you in moving beyond having to continue to live the theme in the same way. Questions 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22 & 23 can assist in identifying what some of your beliefs may be regarding various aspects of your life. Question 9 ‘Money is_______?’ can help you begin to identify what you think and feel about money which will reflect your relationship with it. For example, if the response is something along the lines of ‘money is elusive,’ then you may find that you tend to chase money and have trouble finding it as it seems to evade you. Questions 12, 24, 25, 26, 27 & 28 may assist in understanding your self and where you put your focus, or where you might want to put more of your focus. Question 24 ‘How much (or what percentage) of your day is spent complaining?’ may increase your awareness as to where your attention goes. You get to have what you focus upon. You resonate with that which is of similar frequency. It is useful to curate carefully upon what you put your gaze. Questions 11, 13 & 16 indicate some of the individuals to whom you have given your power. Question 13 ‘Who makes you happy (or mad)?’ shows to whom you have given responsibility for how you feel. If you believe that someone else makes you feel something, then you have disempowered your self as you have given an other the key to your happiness. You are disregarding the potential for empowerment by abdicating your choice of response based on what you want or feel and instead basing it on how someone else is behaving. There are many ways that you can use these questions as a foundation to explore even further your life’s blueprint and themes. For example, if your response to question 23 was yes (bad things happen to bad people) then unwittingly, if you do something that you judge as bad, then it’s highly likely that there is a mechanism in place within your self that creates, through resonance, a punishing situation. You might not even be consciously aware that this is happening until it comes to light that it is, which allows you to shift your beliefs around this particular way of thinking and behaving. Remember not to judge any of your responses but rather appreciate the growth that can flourish by increasing your awareness. This will allow for the ensuing shifts in responses and behaviours toward that which is more in line with what you desire. Your blueprint is comprised of your thoughts and beliefs. It is something that can be flexible and changeable the more conscious and aware you are of what you are thinking and why you react, respond, or behave the way that you do. You have a two level blueprint. There is the version that your Soul develops in order to provide a potential structure with which you will experience life. There is also the human personality layer which is comprised of your thoughts and beliefs relative to the Soul blueprint. It is something that can be flexible and changeable the more conscious and aware you are of what you are thinking and why you react, respond, or behave the way that you do. The 3D Earth plane density is one that affords many opportunities that are not experienced in other dimensions. For example, one can feel isolated, betrayed, attacked, victimized, punished, imprisoned and so on. While these are not pleasant for the human being, they are valuable perspectives of your Soul knowing itself better because it’s not something it may have experienced the vibration of anywhere else. Your soul chose to have an incarnation on Earth, as you, in order to experience some aspect of overcoming limitation. How your human personality reacts or responds to these opportunities is the point of the journey. Your life purpose is to be your s(S)elf. This is achieved by following that which delights you, interests you, you feel passionate about or brings forward curiosity. You are here to know your self through the lens of your unique soul, higher mind and personality all of which comprise your Spirit. The most important factor in all of it is how you respond to your life circumstances. In a complex manner, you created them, however, you may not have consciously done so but rather it is an offering of your Soul as part of its expansion blended with your choices resulting in a particular experience that is the next best step for your evolvement. Understandably, from the human 3D perspective it may not feel as if it’s the ‘best’ thing. However, your Higher Mind will provide what you are most closely attuned to in order to assist in moving toward an experience. For example, if you are in the space of blaming your self or another for something, you are not yet in the vibratory space of appreciating and loving your self. You will be offered the closest frequency experience in order to allow you to move toward the state of self love and appreciation. However, you still have choice every step of the way of how you respond to the situation and whether you choose to gain the nugget of learning in order to transform with every opportunity that is presented. You Are The Manifestation Part II (2 of 6) – Enlightening Questions The suggestion would be to answer the questions first, before reading the rest of the article. The encouragement would be to do them one at a time without looking ahead. If possible, do so when you have a quiet moment. Allow your self to go with the first thing that pops into your head, without judging it, whether it makes sense or not. Try not to 'think' about the responses too much. In some cases, they may be placeholders allowing you to bridge into an attunement to the most accurate version for who and where you are at this time. Know that you can change your answer two seconds later. You can always go back after reading the article to explore your responses more so. You could go through the questions (or a selection of) as often as you like as you may find your responses change as you do.

How do these situations present themselves? 6. What kinds of situations do you tend to find your self in? 7. How do you think other people would describe your life? 8. Relationships are ______? 9. Money is _______? 10. I can have it all. (How does your body and mind respond to the statement?) 11. Who needs fixing in your life? 12. What do you enjoy doing? 13. Who makes you happy? 14. Are you a good person? 15. What do you regret? 16. If ______wasn’t in m life, things would be so much easier. Or if only they would be more ________ then I would feel better. 17. What do you feel is missing from your life? 18. Do you have any physical concerns, former or current issues? 19. Why are you dealing with that? 20. What do you have too much of in your life? 21. What do you not have enough of? 22. Good things happen to good people. 23. Bad things happen to bad people. 24. How much (or what percentage) of your day is spent complaining? 25. How much of your day is spent focused on what delights you? 26. What delights you? 27. What tends to make you laugh? 28. What’s something in your life that you really want to have or experience right now? The questions are a sample of many more which are provided in order to assist you to become more consciously aware of what story you are telling about your self and your life. They will help to reveal some of your beliefs which make up the current blueprint of your life. You get to tell the story of your life in any way which you like or choose. It involves every choice, response, behaviour, thought, belief and so much more. If you didn’t know how to manifest then you wouldn’t have an existence as a physical being.
The oversight is often in understanding that everything is a manifestation. When the subject is discussed, the thought is that it is only about the things which have been deemed desirable or good. If you can understand how and why your life is unfolding the way it is then you have the keys to applying the skill more consciously to the pleasant feeling and enjoyable things that you want in your life. In every moment you are creating. The tendency is to look outside of your self to find the source of the creation. The things that you are experiencing are all representations of the energetics of your focus. If you believe that others are to blame for the bad things in your life, or even the good things, then you have tried to give them the keys to your life. It’s an old, but accurate, concept of ‘who have you given your power to?’ It asks you to determine who you have made responsible for what happens in your life and in turn who ‘makes’ you feel the way that you do. If you find your self saying things such as “you make me so mad,” or “you make me happy,” or any emotion, then that is who you’ve put in charge of various aspects of your life. You are trying to hand over responsibility to someone else for creating what you are living. By doing so, you deprive your self of the conscious power and capability to guide your own life in the direction that you desire. It is often done because you don’t understand your own power to create the life of your dreams and desirings. When you begin to shift into 4D density and tap into 5D energy, you begin to understand that you are the only one that is responsible for your choices, your responses, your reactions, thoughts and behaviours. It is part of the integral make up of your Spirit. No one can really make you do anything and if it appears to be the case, then you are a willing participant because you have made an agreement for it to look that way. You become empowered when you realize that everything you are living is in direct correlation to your energetics. For practice, begin to notice upon which you focus from moment to moment – that which you’ve deemed negative or positive? If you do think about the day(s) before take note whether your attention is on the great thing(s) that happened or on the negative occurrence. In addition, what is the response(s) to the questions of ‘Who makes you mad?’, ‘Who makes you happy?’, ‘Who makes you sad?’, or any other similar type question. That will indicate who you are trying to make responsible for your life. These two suggestions will give you a more conscious indication of how you have been approaching your life from either a position of empowerment or disempowerment. It is highly likely that the better you feel about your self and life is an indicator that you are leaning toward the former and the worse you feel then toward the latter. This is absolutely changeable as you more consciously approach the creation of You and Your existence. When you are in the position of judging or doubting your self, it is worthwhile to ask why you are doing that. Typically, it doesn’t feel good to judge or doubt and in turn why would that be the preference to entertain. It doesn’t feel good because you are trying to make some false story about your self true which is at odds with your Higher Self’s version of you. You are attempting to cut your self off from the love, admiration and adoration that is readily available from all of your energetic Sources. Essentially, it is impossible as you are always connected, however, you can create the sensation of being isolated, abandoned, and rejected. When in this limiting space it is the tendency to have the misguided notion that feeling bad means that whatever you are thinking is true and that you deserve to feel bad.
Regardless, whatever you are feeling is an important clue to assist you in moving forward in some way. It is signalling that it is time for a shift in whatever you believe about your being. Let your self feel it and allow for the ‘what if’ there’s something for you to learn about who you are regarding this situation and how it can enhance your expansion. There’s always a reason and the more quickly you allow your self to feel it and allow for the transformation it offers then the more easily you can move into your next area of evolving. Once this has been attended to, then there is no benefit in continuing down the road of feeling bad about your self, judging what you have done or deemed your self to be. Once you’ve sat with the emotion and allowed whatever keys to expansion to occur then begin the practice of exploring ‘What If?’ Take whatever it is and try out a statement that is counter to whatever misguided unpleasant feeling path down which you had been traveling. For example, if you believe that you are not capable of accomplishing something then instead try out ‘what if this worked out for me easily.’ What if I could make x amount of money. What if I put together the best project possible. What if this conflict was resolved easily. Put ‘what if’ in front of anything that you want, but that you’ve held away from your self. It's highly likely that there will be a part of your self that will initially resist feeling better. It is a perfect time to exercise your free will and choice. Choose to play with this concept because if there is more to learn from the unpleasant situation or feeling, then you will have the option to explore that end of it more so. However, let your self play with thinking something different about the circumstances. It doesn’t matter at all if initially you don’t know how. If this is the case, then it’s actually an advantage as it allows Source Energy to bring it to you in a myriad of ways through inspiring you to action. When you try to figure out how, with your physical mind, then you are trying to micro-manage the Universe and it slows down the whole process of whatever it is you are trying to create. You are taking responsibility for a part of the process that isn’t up to just you. Your mind is the perceiver of information, not the conceiver as the latter is your Higher Self’s role. However, even if this is the case, Your Higher Self and Soul will never give up on you and you will still be able to effort your way through to some outcome. Do your best to disregard the mountains of proof that you might have as to why it couldn’t work out. The situation might have always unfolded in the same way over and over again. This hopefully provides support for not trying to figure it out with the same pieces of information that you’ve always had and instead open up to other sources of counsel as to how something could occur or resolve. Let the Energies that conspire with you to assist in orchestrating an outcome that is beyond your best imaginings. Your responsibility is to make choices, to dream, to hope, to desire, and to want. By doing so creates that reality in potentia. It is done, it is there, it does exist. It is then your Higher Self’s role to inspire you with the next step to take toward managing the when of you entangling with your desirings. You are then responsible for acting on that sense, urging, notion, feeling, thought or however it comes to you. The latter becomes the how, step by step or leap by leap depending on the time management aspect of the creative expression. Play with the notion of ‘What if I don’t actually know everything, and anything is possible?’ See how that feels to think that. It is almost a guarantee that your mood will begin to shift for the better the more you start experimenting with ‘what if.’ It can be a step to expand beyond how you usually approach the situation in a light filled and gentle way. Do your best not to stop there. Be committed to telling different stories about your self, about others, about the situation, about your life. You are really the only one whose story ‘matters’ in all aspects of that word – for what matters to you becomes the matter/materialization of what you live. The ‘what if’ is an opportunity for you to look up from your micro-focus on one part of the Field and expand your view. You begin to notice there’s more to the situation and your life than where you’ve been focused, perhaps for a very long time. You remember that you are energy. This opens up more pathways for your Higher Self/Mind and Soul and all assistive forces to inspire you to take steps to activate other areas of your field as part of the One Field. It is common to forget that every electron of which you are made is a ‘localized’ vibration of the Field. You are in a position to experience quantum leaps in transformation which means that even with the smallest possible amount of something, or the most basic building block/electron (for example a change in perspective) can create a sudden and/or important change. To whatever extent you can, feel the ‘what if’ statement in whatever way you are able to as that’s where the magic really starts to appear. You begin to remember your multidimensionality and that you are so much more than how you’ve been defining your self relative to the unpleasant experiences. You are light, sound, beauty and magnificence. It might involve visualizing/imagining what things could look like, feeling the sensation of being in the desired situation, and acknowledging how it serves your self and others in the best way possible. Mere minutes a day of practicing being in this space can be sufficient because once you dedicate your focus to the next best for you, then your multidimensional aspects and Beings assist you in that pursuit as the energy of your minutes get expanded exponentially. Time is illusory and malleable. It is a gentle step in the shift to a more expansive perspective and allows for the transformation for which you are desiring. The latter already exists through the act of wanting it and now it is for you to allow an expression of it that can be beyond your best imaginings in the most efficient and beneficial amount of time possible. It really becomes a matter of playing with time to entangle with what already exists. Energetic Sight Eyes that are healthy have the ability to easily focus upon something that is near, and then look up and away, and just as easily see something on the horizon. As you move more so into a 5D consciousness, it is important to be flexible and adaptable as you become more adept at using your energetic sight. One aspect of that is much like the mouse perspective, it is beneficial to be able to be centred on what is here and, then like an eagle, just as easily be able to zoom out and look at the bigger picture. There are always multidimensional and multifaceted elements at play for any situation that you are experiencing.
Being able to look at circumstances from a broader perspective may allow for more conscious input from your Higher Mind/Self for this is the source of new concepts. It may help to bring more lightness into life by remembering this, especially when you are not enjoying what is occurring. There is the reminder that this is happening in order for you to evolve and expand in some way. The more quickly that you allow your self to understand why you are having that experience, then the less time you need to spend in it. You didn’t do anything wrong to get into it and it’s not wrong to stay in it. It may feel that way as you feel that things didn’t go the way that you wanted or you are feeling embarrassed, disappointed or upset. Whatever you are experiencing isn’t a mistake as there is a purpose, whether it’s consciously apparent in that moment or not. There is a reason that you made the choices you did and that it unfolds in the resonant way that it does. There’s always a nugget of something valuable in all that you do and being able to see what that might be can be achieved with a little practice. There are so many potential layers as to what is actually happening. It’s more a matter of how do you want to feel on a daily basis. If you’re not enjoying the feeling, then it can be assistive to remember that you are so much more than you tend to believe your self to be. Involve all parts of your self in the change and movement by shifting between looking closely and then pulling out to get a grander view – back and forth. Practice, as much as possible, being here experiencing your self as a physical being while remembering your Self as an expansive multi-dimensional being until it becomes natural to do so in each moment. One of the ways to do this is to remind your self that there is nothing serious going on here, even if you don’t believe it initially. Especially in the midst of being in a situation that you do not desire, then treat your self with non-judgment and compassion just as your Higher Mind/Self, Spirit and Soul do. Look into your physical eyes and see who is really there in all your fullness and magnificence. Let the meaning unfold in its own time while you acknowledge that each step of your journey is important in its own way Multidimensionality & DNA UPGRADES You have just begun another DNA upgrade. It is allowing you to more easily tune into your multidimensionality as it expresses through this density. One of the effects is that in each moment there is an opportunity to become familiar with your 3D form within a 5D consciousness with a 6D overlay. As with many, you are uncomfortable with the adjusting frequencies and as you are encouraged to suspend, to become lightness, you are trying to remain where you are vibrationally. You are doing your best to grasp onto your 3D consciousness, still trying to see everything through that lens not wanting to give up the way you’ve always done ‘it.’
There are many that want something new and different but want to continue to think and behave as they always have – waiting for it to be created ‘out there’ in order to be able to just step into it and expect everything to be different. One of the layers of the multitude of 2’s in the 2-2-2024 beginning of this upgrade is being able to see your self through your projections onto the screen of an other. The 3D lens sees the other as doing something unrelated to your self and it is interpreted as attack, conflict, disharmony. The 5D lens sees an interaction as being an outcome that is resonant with your self. The 3D lens perceives an other as behaving badly and needing to change in order for you to feel better. The 5D lens acknowledges that what is perceived as an unpleasant interaction is the result of your own frequency. This allows you to recognize that what you are vibrating/feeling/ thinking is meant to be empowering because it is within your control to manage. This is an element of lightness as you are no longer efforting into controlling the world around you. You begin to see things from the inside out, understanding that the outside in is a gauge of your internal world rather than the determinant of it. It is an opportunity to utilize the rainbow bridging elements of your self which have been encouraged (this is explained in a different excerpt to come). To delve into this practically, choose a situation you find problematic. Identify what descriptors you would use to label how you are feeling and what you are blaming an other for (this can be an individual or a group, which would include the government. Then sense into where this judgment relates to the experience of your self with your Self. Feel or think into where you are in conflict with fully being able to love and accept your self and being afforded the opportunity to see it on the screen to allow for the connection you desire within your self. In 3D consciousness the initial step is to go into blame of the other or the self. Blame of the other includes they are so selfish, attacking, thoughtless, or whatever labels may be applied. Blame of the self may include: I’m too nice, or I don’t have boundaries, or I allow others to take advantage of me or similar type statements. Know that this part of the process is important and useful to see it through this lens as it is a part of the process of self discovery and evolving. The awareness is not to get stuck in the loop of blame. The next step involves asking the beneficial question of “Why am I having this experience?” In 5D consciousness you understand that the perceived power struggle with another is actually due to a power struggle within aspects of your self. Once that is realized then it is well within your capacity to shift and change this. In tun it alters your frequency allowing you to resonate with these shifted frequencies with an other (or group). For example, experiencing someone else as selfish may be a conflict within your self of affording your self the time to do or be what it is you want; feeling disrespected may reflect the consistent disregard you have for your own intuition, inspiration and feelings; feeling attacked may be a symptom of personal negative self talk, beliefs and behaviours. It is for you to determine why you are having that experience as it is always going to be because you have an opportunity to move into a more fulfilling way of being. The experience occurs through the door that is most open to assist you in taking the next step. It may not feel as if it is a helpful or supportive occurrence, however, in 5D and beyond, there is no judgment of good or bad but rather only opportunities for expansion. You allow your self to see what is happening from a multidimensional experience bringing it into 3D form. With practice you begin to become more adept at having more of the experiences you desire because you are learning that your own vibration is the key to everything. It is no longer about being on the alert searching and testing for the things you dislike and want to avoid in an other or a situation, as this brings to you those very things. Instead, you understand that living the life you want is becoming/being the very things you want and then experiencing the very same with an other(s). You incarnated at this time to be a creator within, and of, the ‘Grand Changement.’ The new world is created by truly seeing your s(S)elf relative to your world in new ways. You are still the very unique expression of you, however, in enhanced and more satisfying ways. An Opening In The Clouds 11-11-22 was one of those lovely openings amidst what may seem, at times, as onerous heavy, destructive, and chaotic energy. A day that, at it’s core, is about freedom. These times have been, and continue to be, challenging. The ascension of your self, the collective and the planet from 3D to 4D to 5D has been a test in endurance, hope, the willingness to change and so much more.
If you have been struggling with illness, physical symptoms, financial stress, relationship turmoil and/or times of wanting to give up, know that you are not alone. So many have chosen to exit rather than endure this monumental transition. You are brave and courageous for continuing to show up each day in the best way that you can. You may have sensed a bit of lightening that occurred on the 11th. Do not be dismayed if you felt as if you missed it, as it is still there for you. It was a reprieve and energetic acknowledgement, from our multidimensional selves and beings, of your focus upon making things better regardless of the circumstances. This involves a key element of the shift, which is to believe and focus upon that which isn’t even in existence yet. It involves hoping for that which you desire when it still hasn’t arrived. It involves fully enjoying that which does materialize out of the Field. Nurture your imagination and let it thrive. With this opening, you may have seen an element of what you have been wanting come into being or have a sense that it’s closer than ever before. If it doesn’t quite feel that way to you yet, it is coming. More than ever, it’s important to hold steady and keep your attention upon your dreams. Do your best to treat any unpleasant current reality as capable of change because it is and it will. One of the ways to deal with this ‘opening’ energy is to be sure to expand your space of receptivity. Often when things are going well, it’s common to then sabotage the situation (even if it happens subconsciously). You may have noticed that the better it gets the more the expectation that something bad is going to happen. This may mean that you try to control what you believe is the certainty of something bad happening by pre-empting it by ‘making’ something bad happen. This can start simply by noticing something that you think is wrong with your self or something external to you and allowing it to snowball from there. This may mean that you find your self in a dispute with someone, getting a speeding ticket, stubbing your toe or whatever level it may escalate to in order to satisfy the need to be back into the pattern of the familiar past. Expand the space by allowing for the better it gets, the better it gets or to expect the best. Envision your self receiving the love, abundance, caring, kindness, enjoyment or whatever it may be and then see your self as some sort of vessel increasing in size or dimension to allow for even more. There’s a traditional concept that suggests that in order to allow something new to enter that you need to empty out your cup first. It suggests that you have a fixed capacity for what you can receive. This is somewhat limited as what really is possible is that you have the potential to be a receiver of an endless supply of love and abundance as you are. You are a magnificent being in this moment, not when or if you ‘improve.’ There is nothing wrong with evolving and wanting to be more or better when it comes from a space of love. It’s limiting if it comes from fear which exhibits as thoughts of ‘I’m not good enough’, ‘I’ll never be able to get what I want’, ‘That was so stupid, why did I do that’, ‘I should have known better’, ‘I’m a doormat’ or whatever the story might be. Be patient and gentle with your self if you noticed any resistance to this concept and the need to fight for or prove your limitations in the negation of the concept that you are worthy to have what you want as you are. You are expansive beyond measure and loved as you are by your Core Essence and the Beings that are with you. Breathe into the knowing of this, or start with the hope that this is so. The Problem & the Solution are in Different Frequencies Your Core Essence, your Higher Self, your Soul (whatever term resonates with you) is wise and has access to unlimited knowing and connection. You have the ability to tap into the answers to the questions that you are asking. This may not always seem evident because you may feel as if you are asking and asking and yet it doesn’t feel as if anything is forthcoming. Know that if you are asking and seeking then it is in response to the invitation your Core Essence is extending toward you to move into a different space. You are being called to move into alignment of self to Self to All to facilitate your ongoing expansion.
One of the reasons for feeling as if the answers aren’t readily available is because the problem and the solution are in different frequencies. In the moment of asking, the answer is there, however, it may not be apparent because you may not be in the space of the resolution yet. It may even be the case where something pops into your head right after you ask but you easily dismiss it because it seems implausible, too easy, unrelated or whatever reason you come up with for pushing it away. Essentially, you are not in resonance with the answer yet. You are not in sync with the Whole of you and of All. This may lead you to feel that you are doing something wrong, that you are not intuitive, that you are stuck. Continuing to look in the direction of the undesirable situation - why did I do that, how do I make it better, why did they say that, what can I do, I feel awful, why aren’t they talking to me, why isn’t this getting better, I’ll never get this, they’ll never change, I’m such an idiot - perpetuates the maintenance of remaining in the space of the unpleasant frequency. The key to move beyond these thoughts and feelings is to allow your self to move into the vibration where the solutions live. It means you’ve got to take your attention off of anything that feels negative related to the situation and begin nourishing your self with thoughts that feel better. This creates an allowance for something different than where you’ve just been. The tendency is to not do this consciously but rather as a response to a dramatic and/or traumatic life altering event such as an ending of a relationship, job or an illness. It becomes nearly impossible to continue as one did. How much ‘easier,’ to instead, create the shift through awareness and conscious choices. However, no judgment for your self, if the change comes through the former. Your Self and all conspiring forces/ beings will assist you in getting to where you want to be in the most readily available manner (resonance) at any given moment. In the quantum world, the Field is comprised of waves/frequencies. Whatever it is that you put your attention upon collapses into particles, into matter and into experiences. If that space is not one that you are enjoying then it is useful to take your attention off of that in order for the particles to become waves once again and place your self back into the field of possibilities. Intentionally, place your attention elsewhere in order to collapse the waves into a different experience. If your attention continues to be placed upon a situation which is problematic, even if it is the continual desire for a solution, then the focus is still problem oriented in the familiar past and you keep your self from a new destiny. It is important and necessary to step away from the constant analysis, searching, and quest for what to do regarding the difficult situation in order to collapse the wave function in a different portion of the Field. Do not be dismayed if you experience a bit of chaos as the energy bonds begin to weaken and come back to you with the potential of creating a new field of energy, the Unified Field, with which to create. Shifting your attention elsewhere can be facilitated through meditation or contemplative thinking, essentially anything that allows your self to move into a space of receptivity. Another way to put this is to create allowance for your situation to move back into the space of possibilities. Utilizing sound or music that is at an alpha or theta frequency can assist in facilitating moving into this space more easily. It is common for many individuals to ask, ask, and search but not allow space and time to receive that for which they are seeking. Use whatever method or modality that seems to work best for you at any given point in time to help you shift into the space of opening and allowance. Initially, even focussing on something that distracts you from attending to the problem can be a useful bridge to transition into a different space from which to view a possible solution. In that bridging space may appear the steps to deal with any resistance or limitations from fully moving into the space of your desirings. You are fully capable of doing this. Your mind and being are powerful. You can consciously choose that with which you nourish your mind, heart, body, and spirit. Be gentle and patient with your self as you practice ‘feeding’ your self with attention bytes that are life giving to you. Remember it is not about where you think you should be but rather about where you want or desire to be. Remove any judgment regarding where you are. Everything you have been and done has led you to this moment, here and now. You are perfectly posited to move even closer or right into that which you want to feel and be most at this point in time. Do your best to become comfortable with the state of being given to, supported and loved for you are worthy of this and so much more. This is so All-ways! The Tension of Potential The energy of the day is one of potential, even though it may feel more like tension, anxiety, discouragement or fear. Don’t worry if you’re reading this after the post date as chances are the energetics will still apply for whenever you do happen to read this as the energy has been in this state for a few days now and will likely continue.
This period of time is one of those choice/ turning points. There is a tension between the familiar whisperings of the past wanting you to turn back to what was, the way you were (even though you may not really be interested in the same old, same old anymore) and the gentle to earnest urging of what is there to be, in potentia, but not yet apparent in the present (as it may appear as if you are looking into a mist or fog). In that between space of desired potential there is a greater than ever opportunity to more consciously choose and allow the direction of your thoughts and ensuing experiences. This is a time, more than ever, to believe that you can shape your future into the experiences that you want most. It is possible to start now even though it may feel or appear as if there are too many resistances or even a sense of apathy. The focus is on allowing that which is there ready for you. It is a time of receptivity. Even though you may not have a clear vision of what you want or what is to come, you know how you want to feel. Focus on that. There are a few different modalities that encourage you to hold in thought and feeling that which you want for 33 or 34 seconds at a time. Do your best to envision what you want and to feel it to whatever extent that you can for that amount of time. If that seems impossible then start with as many seconds as you can and build it up to eventually even longer than that. Practice this as best as possible and know that this will translate into desired outcomes. If that does not seem doable, for now, then do your best to focus on expanding your ability to receive. You may see your self as a vessel that knows no boundaries nor limitations. It does not matter how much is poured in as there is always room for more. Do that in whatever manner is available to you. It will assist in decreasing the space between where you are now and where you would like to be. Any resistances you may feel will be about having a limit to the amount of love, light and abundance that you are willing and/or comfortable receiving. It is about willing to see your self as the wondrous being that you are. It is not about self blame or doubt, but rather knowing that it is possible to use your free choice and will to empower your self when you feel ready. There isn’t only one shot or opportunity to ‘get it.’ Circumstances will continue to present themselves of which you can take advantage. All forces will continue to conspire in support of where you direct your energy. You are encouraged to continue to acknowledge what you want. Continue to practice putting attention upon that, for that is of which your experiences are shaped. Curate carefully what you allow into your realm of focus as you navigate the in between spaces of what was and what is there to be. |
