Schumann's Resonance

Picture
One of the myriad of reasons that you might be feeling uncomfortable or out of sync at times, may be due to the shifting consciousness of the Earth and human beings. The Schumann resonance (SR) is the electromagnetic frequency of the Earth. It has typically measured around 7.83 Hz. This also happens to be where our human brain wave frequencies of theta and alpha intersect. These frequencies are experienced during varying levels of relaxation, light sleep or certain forms of meditation. It is in these states that one may have the sensation of being at one with the planet. However, more recently, measurements of the SR show that it has been vibrating more consistently at a higher frequency. As you become more aware of, and in turn embody more so, your multidimensional self, you raise the vibration of your level of consciousness. This allows you to once again be more in sync with the planet's consciousness. During this time of transition for your s(S)elf and the planet, there may be periods of discomfort, feeling ungrounded, and out of sorts. Seek out ways to begin to know your s(S)elf as a multidimensional being to become more congruent with the changing Earth, s(S)elf, others & All. In the meantime, remember that calm is in the exhalation. Breathe in...........breathe out......breathe in deeply..........breathe out slowly. Bring your awareness to the exhalation. Sense the feeling of release, and increasing stillness as you reach the point of emptiness within the lungs. Open to receive, be willing to release.

How to Achieve Lasting Spiritual Change (Part 1)
(Your Physiology & The Law of Attraction)

Picture

Many of you believe that because you've had an epiphany, regarding a new way of being, that everything instantaneously changes in that moment. However, when the new way of feeling and thinking doesn't immediately continue, it is common for you to start to judge yourself for doing something wrong, being hopeless, or that you're never going to change. There is a certain amount of patience that is required in regard to your physicality, as typically, not all parts of your being adapt at the same rate. You are going to have to literally rewire your brain (actually work with the neurons and synapses) by consistently redirecting your thoughts. The body and brain are designed for efficiency. If you want to train your body to sit on the couch, then by practising that, your body will get to the point where it does not have to burn a calorie more than it needs to, to do just that. Conversely, if you want to train your body to run marathons, then by practising that, your body will not burn a calorie more than it has to. It is the same thing with your brain. If you train it to think negatively, then the synapses of the neurons of the parts of the brain where those thoughts reside will grow closer together making it even easier/ more efficient to think that way. The same thing happens if you practice thinking positively.
Your brain is composed of neurons, which have a number of component parts, including the synapse. The gap between neurons is called a synaptic cleft. When you have a thought, one synapse shoots a chemical across the cleft to another synapse. It's essentially akin to building a bridge, over which an electric signal can cross, carrying along its charge, the relevant information you are thinking about. Every time this electrical charge is triggered, the synapses grow closer together in order to decrease the distance the electrical charge has to cross. This is referred to as 'neurons that fire together wire together.' This means that the synapses you've most strongly bonded together by the frequency of certain thoughts come to represent your default go to pattern of thinking or attitude.
Your brain and body will always become conditioned to whatever you are training it to do through whatever you are practising. They are both highly adaptable. If a person has been practising sitting on the couch and decides that they want to run a 10 km run, then the change in the body to be able to do that, doesn't happen overnight. They've got to undergo a training/ practice period for the body to adapt. It is the same thing with your brain’s thoughts and attitudes. If you want something different, then you've got to train differently. You've got to apply similar training principles to your brain physiology, just as you would to your physical being. No one else can make you run faster and no one else can make you love you. You can get the best coaching advice, training partners, etc, however, unless you do it/ practice it, then none of that matters. With the brain it initially takes constant refocussing to change the accustomed pattern of thinking that has been practised, just as it initially takes changing the pattern of wanting to continue to sit on the couch rather than doing a workout. It is common for you to become frustrated with yourself for not thinking more positively because you assume that because you had your 'aha moment' that everything will automatically change. Your inner core essence has inspired you to get there and emotionally it feels good to think the new positive thought, however, changing your mental focus in order for your physical being to adapt, takes time.
Through practice, if the brain has adapted to more easily think negatively, then even when good things happen, the go to thoughts are: ‘this won’t last, so enjoy it while you can;’ ‘what’s the catch?,’ ‘it’s still not good enough;’ ‘too little, too late;’ or something along those lines. Conversely, if the adaptation is to more easily think positively, then even when ‘bad’ things happen, the go to thoughts are along the lines of: ‘things always work out for me;’ ‘there’s always a solution;’ ‘I know help is on the way;’ or similar type positive expectation thoughts. This all happens so quickly, that you are not even conscious that this is occurring. Eventually, it is perceived as just the way you are. You’re all familiar with the often used analogy of, are you a cup half full, or cup half empty thinker?
If you are not liking the outcome of your negative focussed thinking and attitude, then it initially takes conscious effort to consistently refocus onto better feeling, or more positive, thoughts. Your brain automatically wants to go down the well worn highway of those thoughts that are used to travelling down the more closely bridged synapses. The practice of refocussing onto a more positive perspective allows for different neurons to begin to grow closer together in order for a new highway of thought to be developed. Eventually the adaptations occur, where the negative thought synaptic clefts go back to a normal space and positive thoughts ones grow closer together. You have changed your way of thinking, expecting, viewing and experiencing the world. The often recommended time frame for this type of change to occur is 21 days. It does take a conscious commitment to follow through with practice, as well as, self love and compassion.

Core Essence - Part II
More so than ever before there is an opportunity to move beyond eons of deeply ingrained beliefs of why you experience what you do. It is normal to not be consciously aware of what these beliefs may actually be. The clues lie in your behaviours and responses. They are typically born out of experiences early in life where you attempted to make your self feel safe and protected within a chaotic environment where you were dependent upon others. Eventually, as you mature, they create resistances to fully experiencing life. It becomes challenging to let the past fully be the past, as the beliefs you have, do not allow for movement beyond where you are now. It is necessary to keep hanging onto, and recreating, elements of what was, in order for your beliefs to continue to foster. Your beliefs are powerful, in that, until they are brought into awareness, and ‘managed,’ they will ensure their survival by whatever means possible. This is up for you personally and, also, globally as new ways of thinking and being come up against long held beliefs and practices. It is common to begin to question, doubt and attack an other or your selves, rather than question and doubt your own resistances. A way to begin to explore what these limiters may be, involve looking at repetitive or habitual unpleasant experiences and outcomes. The more readily you can see and acknowledge these patterns, then the more easily you can bring to light, and transform, your beliefs in order to live the life of your desirings.

Core Essence - Part I
You are energy in form.

A portion of your spirit/ core essence remains in other dimension space. The self that is here is always connected to the Self that is there which is connected to All. Your signature essence, or your unique vibration, is different from all others. You may not always have a conscious sense of that connection, however, your Self always loves, supports, encourages and inspires you. That part of you never abandons you, however, it is possible for your self to try to pull away from the congruency of self to Self to All. This usually occurs when you are trying to make some story about your self true, when it is not. The gist of the tale usually lies in 'not good enough' and 'not lovable.' You may not even be aware that this is the underlying theme to whatever it is you are trying to tell your self. You know that this is what you are doing when you feel negative about your self in any way. The unpleasant feeling is an indication that you are heading in the wrong direction with your thoughts and intentions by trying to prove a falsehood about your self as true. Unfortunately, most have been conditioned to mistrust what feels good and to believe what feels bad. There are a multitude of sayings that support this, for example, 'it's too good to be true,' or 'enjoy it while you can.' There is an ingrained belief that joy and happiness are elusive fleeting experiences. One of the questions to ask your self is what is your belief about feeling joy, being happy or enjoying life? Do you believe it is possible for this to be your default setting on a daily basis or is it the reward for hard work and effort, only awarded if you deserve it?
