Take a moment to pause and see what comes to you in regard to this question. Allow the response, in whatever form it may take, to come to mind.
Open to the remembrance, knowing and continued evolving into who that is. You are even more than you may imagine your self to be. Allow the inspirations and sensations of what that means to pervade every fibre of your being. Know that the pursuit of feeling good is in direct relation to knowing who you are in every moment and in every situation. When you are in a ‘positive state’, you are congruent with your self to Self to All and when you are in that space of attunement there is a knowing of who you are in that moment – a wondrous being uniquely expressing the many faceted frequencies of your multidimensional s(S)elf. When you are in a ‘negative state’ you are trying to make some ‘not enough’ part of your self true. You begin to pull away from the knowing of your self as a multidimensional, an always loved and supported being, to one that needs protection, punishment or fixing. The irony is that you more often trust that which seems wrong about your self as the truth rather than that which feels right or good.
Do your best to become aware of the story that you tell about your self on a daily basis. Is it one that fills you with hope and brings you closer to living the life that you desire or is it one that keeps telling you that when you are smart enough, thin enough, nice enough, rich enough, assertive enough or ‘whatever’ enough, then you can have and be what you want? The latter perpetuates the distancing from the true knowing of your self and holds you apart from what you have hoped and dreamed. There is a difference between wanting assistance and support in creating a shift or change versus seeing your self as being undeserving or broken and in need of fixing. The more you focus upon feeling good, or better, depending on what your current feeling state is, the more you are in a position to know your s(S)elf. One of the important outcomes of this is being able to create the life that you desire with more ease and less struggle. Be aware of which of those you tend to identify with more so. Are your stories filled with tales of woe and overcoming hardship or of the delight, and interesting outcomes, in things working out as you want them to be. Create an awareness of your expectations, relative to your identity, as you would truly like to set it all up to be. Become aware of how often you are expecting the best or expecting things to go wrong.
Attend to the relationship with your s(S)elf. Pay attention, on a daily basis, of what your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs are that then inform your expectations of your experiences. Do your best to allow for exploration, discovery, support, encouragement and expansion of who you are rather than focusing upon a daily re-establishment of what was, based on what is perceived as missing. In this regard, reality is often overrated if it perpetuates a sense of lack rather than abundance. What do you choose to see? What do you choose to know about your s(S)elf? Consciously attending to what you choose to gaze upon becomes of paramount importance. When you are attuned, you are a being of abundance connected to endless possibilities, knowing that you are worthy of all that you desire. Move toward a steadfast belief in expecting the best and that what you need/want will always show up on your behalf due to the Beings that create with you, and are All-ways with you. You are currently and eternally lovable and more than enough in the expression of your one of a kind signature frequency.
