You Are The Manifestation - Part VI (6 of 6) – The Journey to Remembrance The encouragement would be to read Parts I - V prior to reading Part VI.
It can be an interesting challenge determining if your Soul is offering expansion opportunities or if it is your personality, based on your beliefs, having a fear reaction to the situation. Regardless, it is important to know that all experiences are valuable as they assist in the expansion of your Soul. In turn, it is not helpful to judge anything that is happening to you. It is perfectly valid to have preferences as to what kinds of experiences of which you may want more or less. It is highly likely that you want to find your self feeling more things that would fall into the pleasant category and less in the unpleasant. The latter can be a great motivator and director in moving you toward more of what you do actually want and creating change in your life. However, once again the discernment may be useful of what is Higher Self inspired and what is personality choice. You are the one to give life meaning. The situations that you find your self in are actually neutral. They don’t really mean anything until you animate them in some way. There are typical ways that most individuals tend to respond to particular situations, however, that doesn’t mean that you have to engage with them in that way. It is common for individuals to say “Oh, that’s so stressful.” The question is, ‘Does it have to be?’ When you decide to go down the stress route, it is because you have predetermined that it is something to be feared. You have judged it as having a negative impact in your life. This is deeply ingrained as there is a long history of certain responses being normalized and if you react differently then there is something wrong with you. Typical situations that most people would agree are stressful are big changes such as endings of relationships, health concerns, financial problems and moving physical locations. However, each person has their own individual blend of what they consider stressful. The challenge for your self is to choose to see the situation from a new perspective. This is going to be easy to practice because it’s highly likely that something you find stressful will present itself in order for you to practice responding differently. Whatever shows up is always for the purpose of furthering your learning and expansion in some way. It shows up in the way that it does, working with your current belief systems, because that was the best door for your Higher Self to offer the experience through, based on all of the variables, to get you to the next awareness. From your Higher Mind’s perspective it doesn’t matter if the same, or similar, door continues to be the one that presents itself as the best opportunity for expanding your self in some way. However, the human mind is highly likely to start judging your self as doing something wrong because it doesn’t feel very good to continue to experience things in those unpleasant ways. When you become aware that you are dissatisfied with how you are experiencing something then that is your opportunity to do it differently. For example, if something that you find stressful occurs, then acknowledge how you would typically respond. Then choose to do it differently and ask your Higher Mind how the situation is assisting you to do one (or more) of the following: 1) Increasing your awareness of who you are truly (the message here is always loving and supportive not judgmental). 2) Expressing who you are fully. 3) Being of service by being who you are. Let the answer come to you in whatever way it will, which means it may not always be immediate. The frequency you are in when asking the question isn’t always the frequency in which the response resides. You know that change has occurred when you respond differently to the same situation. It is common for you to think that once you’ve had an epiphany about something that you are now past it and will not experience it again. What actually happens is that there are reverberations which may feel somewhat like a test. Soon after you feel as if you’ve had a breakthrough you will most likely be presented (by your Higher Self) with the same situation. The key is to remember this and to choose a different response based on whatever learning occurred. Be aware of the tendency to become discouraged that you are doing something wrong and that is why you are experiencing this same unpleasant situation. Know that it is an opportunity to move beyond where you were and into something much more pleasant and magnificent. You are not doomed by whatever life themes your Soul has chosen for you. Your Soul and Oversoul have their own intentions regarding their evolution. You are a Soul expressing as a human being in order to expand the knowing of Itself in some way. Every choice, behaviour, action and expression are important in the journey of all aspects of who you are. Your journey is one of remembering that you are a Soul and fully appreciating your human beingness. Knowing this may assist in lightening how you approach the daily occurrences of your life. You chose to come to this Earth dimension to forget your multidimensionality and then journey to remembering the magnificence of who you really are. It is to know that you are unique vibrational configurations of light, sound, love and so much more. It is a journey which is chock full of learning, expansion and evolving.
